This home belongs to Eddy and Helen Daniel in rural Farmersville of Daniel & Brown, Inc. Select Builders helped them completely renovate the entire interior and exterior of their home. Walls were removed to enlarge the kitchen and the family room. The staircase was opened to both downstairs and the upstairs landing. New South American Andean Oak doors were installed on all exterior doors. Interior doors were changed out to 2-panel Roman arched doors. All bathrooms were remodeled; the master bath had a raised Jacuzzi tub installed. Exterior siding was changed to horizontal Hardie style cement fiber board.
