This home belongs to Barry Warner of Select Builders and his wife, Linda Ash. We have completely renovated the interior, enlarging the kitchen and dining areas. Dark tile was installed on the kitchen countertops with an oak border to give the white cabinets a Tuscany look. A stained beaded ceiling was added to the master bedroom. Floor to ceiling bookcases were added to the family room. Rooms were opened to completely change traffic flow. New pre-finished engineered hardwoods and ceramic tile were added throughout. On the exterior the windows were all changed to LowE energy efficient windows. New horizontal Hardie style siding was added as well as a patio deck and cover. Attic insulation was added.
