Select Builders began work in Farmersville in 2000 at the Daniel & Brown building. This was a complete building renovation. We successfully accommodated two businesses on the ground floor so they could stay open as we worked on the storefront and then the interiors. We also completely renovated the second floor into offices for the engineering firm of Daniel & Brown, Inc. In recent years, as their engineering business has expanded, Select Builders has gone back into the lower levels and created more office space. In late 2000 and for most of 2001, we completely renovated Dyer Drug Store. This involved both levels of the two story building with over 10,800 sq.ft. Select Builders renovated the storefront and kept a very busy pharmacy open to customers at all times. This is a very large building on a corner; the front is 50 feet and the side street is 125 feet. The owners then moved their pharmacy so we could enlarge the existing pharmacy area to triple its capacity and counter area. Later, we completely renovated the second level re-creating the early 20th Century charm with 21st Century amenities. This level had ten office suite possibilities.
