Beginning in 2005, Select Builders began a working relationship with Van Nichols of Celina Real Estate and to date we have renovated seven storefronts on the square in downtown Celina for them. The most recent building completed in late 2010, is the home of Papa Gallo’s Mexican Grill. You can visit them Tuesday through Sunday for fine Mexican cuisine.
